Silverjack

Silverjack

SilverJack hydraulic long-stroke pumping units are engineered for reliable, continuous artificial lift on producing wells, delivering the structural durability, remote optimization, and stroke performance operators depend on for long-term run life. Available as the SJ150 or SJ300 to match well depth, fluid load, and production targets.

SJ150

Up to 150" stroke · 29,000 lb peak rod load · <250 bbl/day

SJ300

Up to 300" stroke · 50,000 lb peak rod load · 1,250+ bbl/day

SilverJack hydraulic long-stroke pumping units are Southfield Supply's flagship artificial lift line for producing wells across Southern Alberta and the broader Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin — designed and manufactured by SilverJack Lift Systems, a fellow product division of TCB Manufacturing with its sales, service, and manufacturing headquarters right here in Brooks, Alberta. Instead of a conventional beam-and-gearbox pumpjack, SilverJack uses a hydraulic cylinder to drive the polished rod, giving operators a purpose-built optimization controller with 24/7 SCADA-based remote monitoring and control — stroke rate and stroke length can be changed remotely in minutes, with no mechanical changes, site visits, or downtime, and no counterweight changes as a well pumps off. Two models cover the full range: the SJ150 direct well-head-mount unit (up to 150" stroke, 29,000 lb peak polished rod load, under roughly 250 bbl/day) for smaller footprints and confined well sites, and the SJ300 long-stroke unit (up to 300" stroke from only about 150" of cylinder length via its cable-and-pulley system, 50,000 lb polished rod load, over 1,250 bbl/day) for high-production and high-decline-rate wells. Southfield also carries Rocky Mountain Pumpjack units for the same artificial lift application, along with VFD and pump-off controllers, drawworks parts and service, and polished rod and tubing handling equipment to round out a full oilfield equipment line.
