The 3015S is a fully enclosed fiber laser cutting machine built around a Raycus fiber laser source, offered in 6000W and 12000W configurations to match lighter-gauge production runs or heavy-plate cutting. A 3050 × 1530mm double table with protective cover lets one side load and unload while the other cuts, keeping the machine running instead of waiting on material handling. Smart sensors and a "sky eye" monitoring function watch the cut in real time, running on the original HypCut control system through a professional autofocus cutting head. Structural components run a heavy-duty bed frame and aviation-aluminum crossbeam on Taiwan Hiwin guide rails and YYC rack-and-pinion drive, powered by a Japan Shimpo motor reducer and Yaskawa servo drive. A dedicated water chiller, automatic lubrication, dust collector, and automated zonal smoke/dust extraction round out the enclosure for continuous shop-floor duty.
